La timbratrice multipla MULTISTAMP stampa automaticamente il ”logo” del produttore su tutto il lato ”carne” di ogni pelle con un reticolo di 30 cm di lato. Una fila di 9 timbratori indipendenti a carta termostampante marca una fascia centrali 240 cm per tutta la lunghezza della pelle.
La timbratrice MULTISTAMP può essere abbinata ad una tradizionale misuratrice elettronica della pelle, sia a rulli che a barra di misura, come anche ad un accatastatore e un preparamazzi. E’ progettata per lavorare in linea continua con altre macchine senza aumento dei tempi e dei costi di produzione.
Nella versione Code, oltre al logo, la timbratrice stampa anche un codice di produzione in carattere alfanumerico con 6 cifre. Questo viene programmato e facilmente modificato a computer. senza alcun intervento manuale o meccanico. Timbrando la pelle con MULTISTAMP Code e possibile riconoscere il lotto di produzione anche su piccoli pezzi di pelle.

MULTISTAMP multiple stamping device automatically prints the manufacturer’s ”logo” the whole of the ”fleshy” side of each piece of hide, with a 30 cm-pitch grid. A row of 9 independent stamping elements, working with thermo printing paper, 240 cm-wide central band for the whole length of the hide.
MULTISTAMP stamping device can be linked to a traditional electronic measuring machine, be it a roll one or a measuring-bar meter, as well as to a stacker or a stacks-assembler. It is designed to operate in a continuous line with other types of machine, without any elongation in production time and costs.
In the Code version. the stamping-machine prints not only the logo, but also a production code with a 6 digit alphanumeric character. This can be programmed and easily changed on a computer. without any manual or mechanical intervention.
