Macchina a rulli.
CIAK e una misuratrice della superficie della pelle a rulli di misura che permette di stendere perfettamente e di rilevare l’esatta superficie delle pelli, anche se morbide e sottili.
Dopo la misurazione la pelle può ritornare all’operatore posto davanti alla macchina. Oppure può essere raccolta da un secondo operatore su un apposito banco (optional) posteriore.
L’elaboratore di controllo delle funzioni della misuratrice e dotato di visualizzatore e di stampante su carta. II tutto e contenuto in un box facilmente intercambiabile, se necessario.
Un timbratore manuale termostampante (optional) può essere collegato alla misuratrice per timbrare sulla pelle il valore della misura.
Per pelli wet blue la misuratrice CIAK e equipaggiata con uno specifico banco di introduzione in acciaio inox ed e dotata di appositi sistemi di protezione delle ruote di misura che ne garantisco il funzionamento anche negli ambienti più aggressivi.

Measuring rollers machine.
CIAK is a measuring machine for the surface of leather by measuring rolls which allows to perfectly lay and detect the exact surface of the skins, either soft or thin.
After measurement, the leather can return to the operator located in front of the machine, or it can be collected by a second operator on a suitable bench (optional) located behind.
The processor which controls the functions of the measuring machine is equipped with display and paper printer. The whole set is contained within an easy interchangeable box.
A manual thermo printing stamping device (optional) may be connected to the measuring machine to stamp the value of the measure on the leather.
For wet blue leathers, CIAK measuring machine is supplied with an introduction bench in stainless steel, and it is equipped with specific protection systems for the measuring wheels, which ensure the operation even in most severe environments.
