Multistamp
designed to hot stamp the entire leather surface
The patented MULTISTAMP® module by Wega is an additional module that can be fitted in the Nova Infinity machine and that permits to automatically stamp the entire surface of the leather, on the “flesh” side.
The MULTISTAMP system automatically marks the customer’s logo and a 3+6 numeric code on the entire leather surface, thus creating a grid (rectangle or rhomboid) of approximately 20×30 cm (width x length) on a central band of leather of approximately 2600 mm; this marking allows the origin to be identified even in a small piece of leather with the production batch (numeric code).
In the terminal part of the leather in the central area, it is then possible to print, in addition to the logo and 6-digit numeric code, the value of the measurement in m², ft².
The printing is obtained with special heat-printing paper that does not penetrate the leather and does not stain or damage the overlapping leathers.
