The Wega NOVA electronic measuring machine is a specific device for accurate measurement of hides, ideal for various types of leather, especially soft and elastic ones. NOVA works perfectly even with stiffer hides.

Compact and easy to use, it integrates a computerized system with a 22” touchscreen for simple data access. Equipped with modern connectivity such as LAN, ETHERNET, USB and Wi-Fi, it adapts perfectly to the technological work environment. Designed for continuous workflow, this measuring machine ensures precision and efficiency in leather measurement operations.

NOVA is perfectly integrable in line with any type of stacker. The program individually distinguishes the hides, counts them, performs separate measurement hide by hide and purifies the area measurement from any holes present in the individual hide. Furthermore, with the patented proprietary management algorithm it is possible to manage separate and simultaneous measurement of multiple adjacent hides.

Wega INFINITY is the new HMI (Human Machine Interface) system that allows easy and integrated access to all machine functionalities, alarm history, and all production data collected for each processed batch. As an option, it is possible to access Wega Infinity via tablet to view measurement data in real time from mobile devices as well.
