Wega QUASAR is a versatile and high-precision roller measuring machine, ideal for various sectors, from tannery to clothing. Compact and versatile, it is suitable for soft leather and stand-alone operation.
It offers precise measurement with the possibility of use by either one or two operators thanks to the conveyor belt that can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to make the leather exit from the same loading side.
Equipped with an integrated industrial PC, 21″ LCD touchscreen display and advanced connectivity, this measuring machine ensures high performance and precision, with easy access to measurement data.
The program individually distinguishes the leather pieces, counts them, performs separate measurement hide by hide and purifies the area measurement from any holes present in the individual leather. Furthermore, with the patented proprietary management algorithm it is possible to manage separate and simultaneous measurement of multiple adjacent hides.
